Individual Sessions

Rosie is a trauma informed, queer affirming therapist who works integratively and experientially, combining elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and creative modalities such as Psychodrama with her clients.

She has worked in the field of addiction counselling since 2012, and works with people who present with either process and substance addictions, and/or with their family members.

Rosie also offers therapy to people who come from a range of artistic backgrounds and practices, deepening their understanding of themselves which allows for a better connection to their work.

Rosie is also available for online sessions and for couple and family sessions on request.

Group

Rosie runs group therapy sessions and support groups in a variety of locations. Her groups are a combination of psychoeducational work, as well as creative-based experiential support and therapy.

Groups are on-going, experiential groups for people ready to or already accessing therapeutic services. Groups use a mixture of creative and cognitive tools, allowing for safe exploration, expression and processing of emotions.
